A total of 15% down the day of sale on real estate, balance within 30 days or less. 2026 real estate taxes will be prorated. Sold “AS IS WHERE IS” without expressed or implied warranty. Online Auction Terms
Registered Buyers must validate a debit or credit card for $100.00. Winning bidder must complete auction contract and 15% down payment day of sale with authorized auction personnel. Bidding ends starting at March 31st 12:00pm Noon. The bidding will be automatically extended up to 5 minutes if someone bids within the last few moments. Please keep checking on the auction even after 12pm.
