DIRECTIONS: From ELizabethtown take the WK Parkway towards Leitchfield. Take exit 124 for KY-84 toward White Mills/Eastview. Turn left onto KY-84 E. Turn right onto State Hwy 1866. Turn right onto KY-720. Turn left onto Flint Hill Rd. Turn right onto KY-224 W. Turn left onto State Hwy 479. Turn left onto State Hwy 1214. Signs will be posted.
Terms & Conditions
There will be a 10% buyer’s premium added to determine the final sale price. 6% Sales Tax on personal property. Firearms will also have a $25 per gun processing fee. Personal property cash or good check due in full day of sale. Sold “AS IS WHERE IS” without expressed or implied warranty. All verbal disclosures the day of sale take precedence over any terms here.
